Will my ticket(s) be valid for 2021?
All 2020 tickets will be automatically transferred to the corresponding day of the festival in 2021. If you are happy to have these tickets transferred then you don’t need to do anything. Should you be unable to attend the festival in 2021 please contact the ticket agent who you purchased your ticket through for further information on your options.
I can’t remember who I purchased my tickets through – how do I find out?
Terms of Entry
Searches will be in operation at this event – all bags will be searched
All ticket holders may be asked to produce proof of age on entry to the concert and at the bar
No food and drink can be brought in – there will be plenty of venders on site to suit most dietary requirements (a doctor’s note will permit food/drink required for medical conditions)
No glass containers (including perfume/aftershave) – empty plastic or reusable bottles sized 500ml or less are permitted
Umbrellas are permitted, but must be taken down during the show
No professional cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices
Customers are permitted to bring a chair with them – this can only be used within the designated chair area
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Exchanges & Refunds
Disabled tickets are available, and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. A copy of our disabled ticketing policy is available on request by emailing email@example.com.
Accessible tickets for Newark Festival are available to purchase from the festival website via TicketWeb and Gigantic Tickets
Accessible parking is available for blue badge holders situated in the Tolney Lane car park on a first come first served basis.
It is our intention that our events are fully accessible for all. If you have any specific requirements with regard to accessible provision, then please contact us and where possible we will make all reasonable adjustments.

I'd like to take advantage of discounted tickets for the festival in 2021 - how do I do this?
If you are happy to transfer your tickets to Ellis Mather Presents Newark Festival 2021, as a thank you, you will be able to purchase extra tickets at 50% discount.
Will there be any coronavirus testing required to acces the festival?
Restrictions have now been lifted, and we do not require you to provide proof of a negative test or vaccination. That being said, we would like to encourage all attendees to take a covid test before attending the concert.
All staff working at the event will have to provide a negative test result before they are allowed to enter the concert site.
We are strongly recommending the use of facemasks for both staff and customers, especially whilst in queues and in high footfall areas, such as toilets and bars.
There will be a covid compliance officer in place at the concert ensuring that best practises are maintained in all the bar, food and toilet areas.
All bar, concession areas will be cleaned regularly with additional sanitisation provided.

A Newark Festival Parking Charge of £5.00 applies from 4pm on Saturday 21 August 2021 until 10am Sunday 22 August 2021.

The closest train station is Newark Castle Gate. Please double check rain timings (particularly on a return journey) as the last trains back to Lincoln and Nottingham may be before the festival ends. Newark North Gate is situated a 20 minute walk from the Festival site. Train times can be found here: https://www.thetrainline.com/
Taxi Pick up and Drop Off is located at the Town Wharfe Car Park
Disabled Blue Badge Parking is located in the Tolney Lane car park.

Food & Drink
The bars will be operating a Token facility to purchase all drinks.
No food and drink can be brought in to the concert - (a doctor’s note will permit food/drink required for medical conditions).
No bottles, cans or cardboard container drinks are allowed on the festival site – but don’t worry; there are plenty of food outlets and you will find something for all tastes to enjoy.
Strictly no glass is allowed on the festival site.
Alcohol is also not permitted. There will be a bar available to purchase alcohol. Anyone who appears to be under 25 will be asked to present a valid form of ID when purchasing alcohol.
By now you should have received your tickets – please remember to have this ready to be scanned as you enter the venue! All tickets for the 2021 festival are e-tickets - please ensure you have checked your junk mail or SPAM folder if you can't see your tickets.
If you have not received your tickets, please contact the ticket agent you purchased your tickets from.
Tickets will be available to purchase on the door fom the box office, however the 'on the day' price will increase.
Ticket upgrades will also be available should you sish to upgrade from GA to Gold Circle or Premier.
We cannot guarantee the validity of any tickets purchased via a resale site, and therefore you may be refused entry.
What time do the gates for the festival open?
Gates will open at 3pm and will remain open for entry throughout the evening. Approximate finish time of 10.15pm. Timings are always subject to change.
What time does the box office open?
The Box Office opens at 2pm and will close around 9pm. If any tickets remain on the day of the concert, these will be available to purchase from the box office – subject to availability and may be subject to a price increase.
Do you have the set times?
There will be a number of support acts performing before the main act, with music playing from gates opening.
